Quick Cache disappears after activating.

Just installed QC on WP 3.3.1 using multi-site.
After activating on first site, the plugin disappeared from plugins listing and does not show menu item in admin bar. Clear Cache button is showing in bar so it looks like it is installed, I just cant get at it.
I have no way of admining the plugin nor disabling.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Having the same problem..... Quick Cache does not show up in the sidebar and I get an error when trying to access the settings page ( from the wordpress plugins page )

it says 'You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.'

I'm using 3.3.1.... just not multi-site

Use Ftp and delete/rename the folder, but it seems this plugin suck's
