Registration page disappeared!

Sorry for the n00b question; I've done a lot of Web development, just not in PHP or WordPress. The permalink to my /membership-options/ page is redirecting to the home page, as does the View option from the Pages Dashboard. I'm not sure where to start in looking for a solution; any help is appreciated!

Sorry, I was kind of panicking when I first posted... It's probably relevant that I'm running WordPress 3.3.1 and s2Member version 111220. I have a number of other plugins running, including BuddyPress 1.5.3.1 and the BP Template Pack 1.2, and the Fast Secure Contact Form 3.1.1. Please let me know if there are any other plugins or settings I need to be aware of--thanks!

I found the culprit (I think); the BuddyPress Template Pack. All is well.

Thanks for the info. Well, I'd suggest you look for a plugin conflict. Try deactivating other plugins one by one and check for the problem after each, see if it went away. If you spot a plugin causing the trouble, you can then find an alternative or look into fixing it.
