Cant access S2 plugin settings inside wp-admin

Hey guys,

I installed the S2member plugin (free) into the wp 3.0.4 site. Installed it and activated it without any problems, and the tab with the settings showed on the left sidebar inside the wp-admin dashboard.

However, when I click on any of the tabs like General options or Download options or s2Member Info, whatever, it doesn't load. The browser is trying for couple of seconds but eventually is giving me "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage". Tried it with other browser - same thing. I setup the new clean site with WordPress on it, still no go. I tried everything from 3.0 to 3.0.4 - always the same.

Can anybody help please?
