Member login redirects to last page visited

Members logging in are not taken to the page designated in General Options > Login Welcome Page.

Instead, they're taken to whatever page they were last on when they logged out. Not terrible, perhaps, but I'd prefer they land on the welcome page when they login next time.

Can anyone point me in a direction to troubleshoot this? Thanks!
