download isn't working on my mebership site

I followed the directions in the down load video and loaded my file into the /wp-content/plugins/s2member-files area. See screen shop attached.

But I get an error message saying file can not be found, when I click on the download link. I get a pop-up saying thta I have no download limits since I set the 99999999 to create an unlimited download.

Can anyone help me with this "file cannot be found" message. If you can't help, can you tell me who can?

Are you using the s2member link? Should look something like this:

http://www.yoursite.com/?s2member_file_ ... URFILE.pdf

If won't work if you link to it like this:

http://www.yoursite.com/wp-content/plug ... /ebook.pdf

Hopefully that will fix it

Yes, that's exactly what I did. I copied the code from Basic Download Restrictions after I clicked on Download Options in my wp-admin area. Is there anything else I need to do in order not to get that message of file not found?

I'm using a short code for .pdf to place the link in.

Now things have gotten worse. I was consistently getting "page not found." I've tried all sorts of things to no avail to avoid that page. Now I've gotten this error. I have no idea what to do with this. Anyone out there who can help me or suggest where I can go to get help?
