Changes to Membership Options Page not saving

I've tried several times to change the settings in General Options > Membership Options Page, but it isn't saving. The plugin continues to try to redirect to an old page. Any ideas?

More notes... what I actually did was change the permalink on the Member Signup page and that didn't update. Then I changed it to a totally different page to see if that would work, but the redirection still tried to hit the original permalink.

Can't imagine that it's meant to be permanent.

i am having the same problem and it is causing the whole program to be worthless, i have a business to run and need to get this solved.

Membership_Options page will not change. I have deleted and remade in attempt to start fresh. Page uses an old e-mail contact template rather than signin/register page. Grinding halt to progress. Thanks for help.
