Valid members redirect fail with v3.5.1

I have been experiencing the same issue since the WP 3.1 upgrade and it is not fixed with plugin v3.5 or 3.5.1

When a logged in level 1 member tries to browse to a protected post I get the following error:

http://www.wplabs.net/members-wso/?page ... evel_req=1

The same behaviour is seen when trying to access a protected page.

I created a duplicate test blog with the same structure and content and am experiencing the same error.

I am keen to get a new site live but I have no idea what this error is or how to debug it to find the answer.

Any ideas/suggestions/help greatly appreciated.
