One form for level one - with 5 payment amounts?

Hi all,

The form I need to create is for one level of membership, however with 5 different payment amounts. What I mean is there are 5 types of membership profiles (student, individual, NGO, business, affiliate), each with a different cost, but they will all have access to the same areas of my website.

I was wondering how to go about creating just one registration form, with these different payment amount options, such as radio buttons. I would much prefer this than have a page with 5 links to 5 different registration forms.

Is this something I can do within the plugin?

Any help or direction is appreciated!

PS: Sorry if this has been posted before, I had a search and couldn't find any related posts.

Hi, I'm new here too... but have been playing and from what I understand, you just create the different buttons for the different amounts, then add them to the registration page, so it would look a litlte like thi:

Student - available to all full time students etc... (level 1 member button code)

Individual - standard membership (level 1 ind button code)

NGO - available to all NGO's - (level 1 ngo button code)


etc... you can create as many buttons as you like for each level as far as i can see, then just need to style them into the page.

Also, instead of using the button's shortcode, you could use the long code the generator gives you and change the ammount field using the radio buttons you mentioned, or a drop down menu.
