Lose all information when deactivate plugin

As you all know from time to time you have to deactivate all your plugins for debugging etc.

the only issue is every time that I de-acativate the S2member plugin I lose all my settings.

is there any way to stop that from happening?

Sure, it's called Deactivation Safeguards.

You can find it here WP Admin -> s2Member -> General Options -> Deactivation Safeguards.

Make sure the setting is set to YES.
