Postby cakePlease » December 13th, 2010, 1:21 am

Hello,
I have my forms setup and SSL setup as well, but when a user tries to register, there is an error message :

Error# 10002. Security error. Security header is not valid.

Anyone have any ideas how i can fix? Thanks!

Is the page being served over SSL? If so, make sure your images are served the same way, too.

Im in sandbox. s2Member faq says: "You can skip the SSL certificate during Sandbox testing. SSL is not required until you officially go live."

Additionally: "you can add the Custom Field s2member_force_ssl = yes to any Post/Page"......I am not able to add a custom field.

Appreciate the quick responses.

This error is documented in the paypal-pro-api.pdf
that comes with the /s2m-pro-extras.zip file inside your account at s2Member.com.
Code: Select all
Error# 10002. Security error. Security header is not valid.
The documentation is rather vague on this error code. In my experience though, this error normally indicates that your PayPal® API Username/Password/Signature are invalid. So I would start by going back over your configuration here: s2Member -> PayPal Options -> Account Details.
