Get rid of default custom registration fields

I am already using another plugin to populate the registraion form, so can someone tell me how to disable Frist name and Last name from being default

Also, if you look at my login page in safari, there is a missing image at the top of the screen. how can i remove this?

Hi Mike.

Could you tell me what is the other plugin you're using and what you mean by disabling those fields? Not showing them or not having them in the form?

Could you post a screenshot of the place with the missing image?
