Paid subscribers cannot access restricted areas with Safari

Postby mission media » April 3rd, 2011, 10:22 pm

Hi - quite new at configuring S2Member so please forgive me if this is known issue or easy fix. Have configured S2Member for 2 login access levels for 2 different pages of site. When subscriber uses Safari Browser, cannot enter area that has been paid for. IE 7 works fine. Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

Thanks for reporting this important issue.

No, I'm not aware of any issues in Safari.
s2Member, and all of our software is tested for compatibility with Safari.

Has anyone else been able to reproduce this?
What version of Safari is this happening with, and on Windows/Mac?

Please provide screen shots of the specific issue if you can.

Hi- thanks for your support and reply.

Fixed the issue by making the link to the restricted area "open in new tab". For some reason, link wouldn't work otherwise.
