Change Message in Info Box After Registration

Postby amgregory » April 11th, 2011, 8:15 am

How can I change the message that appears in the info box after registration. It currently says: "Thank you. Please login." I want it to say: "Thank you. Please check your email and confirm your address."

See screenshot below:

Thanks for the great question.
~ and thanks for the screen shot too.

If you need to change that message, I would suggest using a Custom Return URL for your Pro Forms.

You'll need to have a look in your Dashboard, under: s2Member -> PayPal Pro Forms -> Custom Return URLs on Success. Using the technique described in that sub-panel, you can add the success="" Attribute to your Pro Form Shortcode, and automatically redirect Customers to a Page that you create. That way you can display whatever message you prefer.

Ahhh...missed that in the initial setup, but that's exactly what I wanted to do. Thanks!
